Shipping Information
At MyWallpaperShop.com, we take pride in ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time. All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to maintain the highest quality standards.

Carriers: We primarily ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS depending on the destination and order size.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:

United States: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after shipment.

International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and local courier handling.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear online.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s regulations. MyWallpaperShop.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
We are not liable for delivery delays resulting from incorrect shipping addresses, unforeseen carrier issues, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Accuracy & Product Quality
All of our wallpapers are printed and cut with precision, using the exact design and dimensions provided at the time of order. Please review your measurements carefully before finalizing your purchase. Colors may appear slightly different on-screen depending on device settings and lighting conditions.
If you are uncertain about texture, pattern scale, or color tone, we highly recommend ordering a sample prior to purchasing full rolls or panels.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Because each wallpaper order is custom-printed or cut to your specifications, all customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Change of mind,

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer,

Color or texture variations due to screen display differences.
If you are unsure about your selection, please contact us before placing your order — our team will gladly assist with measurements, material advice, or installation questions.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take every precaution to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Reject visibly damaged packages at delivery if possible, and have the carrier record the damage.

If you already accepted the package, you must notify us within 2 business days of receipt.

Email info@mywallpapershop.com with clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging (both inside and outside the box).

Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.
Failure to report damages within 2 business days may result in the claim being denied.
If approved, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item or issue store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Once an item is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
